Exercise after liposuction

A little walking around the house the first two days might help you heal but I would not encourage brisk walking or other exericse in the first two days so that bleeding and oozing of other fluids underneath the skin may be minimized.

Activity after liposuction

Returning to activity after lipo

Exercise after liposuction

Congratulations on getting active before your liposuction-that will only help your recovery.  I think it's fine to do a little walking a day or two after liposuction on your abdomen--just listen to your body and stop when you're tired or if anything hurts.  You'll be able to get back into the gym for more serious workouts within a week or two.  Just use common sense, and you should be fine.
