How Long Until You See Laser Resurfacing Results?

I had co2 laser resurfacing done one month ago and so far am delighted with the removal of freckles and sun damage however, I have no improvement around my mouth and chin where the wrinkles were the deepest. I have been told results would peak at one month yet, I am reading here that it doesnt begin for around six weeks to puff out wrinkles.

My dr has suggested another round in 3 weeks full face again.......please help!!! do I wait? Is this the best it will get at 4-5 weeks?
