How Long Do the Results of Fraxel Repair Last?

I had the Fraxel Repair 10 days ago (age 56). Not as painful as I had thought given the reviews. My skin looks great though that was not my true problem. I wanted my undereye wrinkles to become diminished, instead they are replaced by deeper wrinkles?? Will this change with time? A pleasant unanticipated result was my neck and chin skin DO seem tighter and I have less of a turkey neck! I had a full face and neck procedure done. I am told the results improve with time but how long does it last?
