How long should a patient wait to seat down, run and cycle after a glute augmentation procedure? Wear high heels? Thanks in advance!

A patient usually cannot sit down during the first week following the procedure. After the first week, a patient is able to sit down for 15 minutes at a time for the next 2 weeks. It is recommended to wear high heels 3 weeks after the procedure.
