How Long Should Numbness After a Chin Implant Last?

So I got a chin implant and rino surgery 6 days ago and my bottom lip and chin are numb. How long does this last for? I've been also getting tingling sensations in my bottom lip and chin. Does that mean I'm going to get the feeling back soon?

Chin and lip numbness after chin augmentation

Chin and lip numbness after chin augmentation is very common.  Tingling is a good sign.  However, if you have NO improvement after two weeks, discuss it with your surgeon as the implant MAY be impinging on the nerve which gives sensation to your lower lip.
