I have been on Spironolactone for one month for Seborrhoea, I do not really have bad acne just seborrhoea, i have not really seen a decrease in sebum yet I am on 100mg is this medication not working for me? or does it take longer to kick in thank you :)

I have found spironolactone to be reliably effective in treating hormonal acne. It typically takes 2 months to see results from spironolactone; you may see continued improvement for a few months after that.
