Do I Have Long Face Syndrome? Will Braces Help or Make Things Worse? What else Can Be Done? (photo)
I am very unhappy with my oblong like shape. I am wondering what procedures can be done to help with my facial shape be more oval. I have braces on currently for an overbite and problems with my teeth not fitting together nicely - I am hoping the braces will help with not just my teeth but perhaps the overall length of my head but should I be considering corrective jaw surgery? Any opinions are welcomed. Thank you.

Beautiful cheek bones and a nice nose goes a long ways, but so does hair style and personal grooming! Please check in with a local hair saloon this weekend and see what they suggest as step number one.

Aesthetically speaking, the cheeks could be more full and round anteriorly (front) which makes the face appear more heart-shaped, feminine and attractive. Cheek Augmentation with Cheek Implants can create this fuller more rouned cheek appearance permanently. The nasal tip can be thinned with Rhinoplasty for further facial refinement. Hope this helps.
