I just had my last drain removed and I was wondering if I should continue taking my Antibiotic (Cephalexin)? I still have a full bottle and one refill. I am 15 days post op.

Doctors prescribe medications for different reasons and for different lengths of time. You should ask your surgeon how long he wants you to take them.

Antibiotics after drain removal.

Regimens vary tremendously based on the technique, surgeon's preference and with attention to patient drug sensitivities/allergies.  You should follow the dosage instructions on the medication bottle. see video
