How Long Until Cartilage Grafts Are Stable After Rhinoplasty?

I had a revision rhinoplasty 2 weeks ago to correct a c shaped deformity on one side of my nose. My surgeon used an onlay graft of septal cartilage. My question is - how long does it take for the graft to become stable? I am very gentle with cleaning, etc. but am wondering at what point do I not have to really worry about it becoming displaced? Thank you.

Graft

Complete healing takes up to one year. Your grafts, depending on how they were placed, should be stable in position in a few weeks. But, one again, the does not mean you are looking at final results.
