How Long Does It Take Blotchy Streaks to Resolve After CO2 Laser Resurfacing?

I had DOT CO2 laser resurfacing 3 weeks ago and though my skin has healed, I have patchy, streaky tones (red and yellow) especially on my forehead and mouth. I'm worried that at this stage of healing it may be permenant. Can this still resolve itself or are there creams or other treatments that can help? FYI, I had fat transfer in my cheeks and blepharoplasty at the same time.
