I have always had a lot of visible veins as do both my parents but lately I have noticed the veins on the underside of my left forearm get enlarged at times and really stick out. When I raise my arm they go away but when letting my arm hang they pop back out again. Is this something I should be worried about or is it no big deal? Also, when curling a dumbeell or lifting anything I notice a few bumps/lumps every few inches on the same vein. Hopefully these photos help
