How Long Until the Average Zeltiq Patient Starts to Notice Results?
I got Zeltiq done on 3/29/11. It's been one month and one week and I really haven't noticed a difference. I'm 5'2" and 117 lbs, so I'm thin, but I've always had larger than expected love handles/lower stomach. I'm starting to get worried that I'm not seeing results, as many patients report that they saw a difference after one month. Is it normal that I'm not seeing anything yet? I know that they say the full result isn't until 4 months after, but when should I first start to see it working?

CoolSculpting Results Can Take 2-3 Months to Show
After using CoolSculpting for over 1 year, we have found that only a few patients will show results in as soon as 1 month, but a more consistent finding is that it takes 2-3 months to see the final result. So we typically see patients for follow up between 8 - 10 weeks. At that point, we can make an assessment if the treatment worked well for them, if they need another treatment in the same area or if they would like to treat a different area.

How long until I see results after Coolsculpting treatment
The average is about 2-4 months after your treatment when you would begin to see results. Final results are usually seen by 4-6 months.
There are some patients who can begin to see changes even earlier and this is more frequent with the large applicator.

How Long Before I see Coolsculpting Results?
Hi,
On average, most patients start noticing a difference in the way their clothes fit and how they look right around 3-4 weeks. Some patients have reported changes in as early as 1-2 weeks. However, you will continue to improve for 2-4 months after your treatment as long as you maintain your ideal weight. We have been using Coolsculpting in our practice since it's FDA approval. Our patients are showing results consistently by four weeks and continue to improve over four months. The results have been excellent for reducing fat.

How long before Zeltiq results are noticable?
Results with Zeltiq (CoolScultping) are generally not seen immediately. Since the body naturally expels the fat cells (damaged by the cold during the Zeltiq treatment), results emerge slowly, over the next 4 months. You should begin to noticeably see results about 3-4 weeks after your CoolSculpting procedure. Coolsculpting typically takes two months or more to see results
Zeltiq will tell you that it takes four months to see the full effect from the treatment but most of my patients see benefit in just two months. For some reason my male patients see great results even faster. Within two to four months you will have a 30to 25 percent reduction in the fat in the area treated. Many of my patients have noticed that their clothes size has decreased from the treatment.

It may take 1-3 months to see the effects of Coolsculpting. As the body eliminates the fat, it can take some time to actually see the results in your clothing.

CoolSculpting can provide improvement in a few weeks or a few months
Many patients only show improvement after several months. Studies showed that there was about 20% reduction at four monnths but the improvement continued thereafter for a couple of months on ultrasound analysis. The percent improvement was not significantly greater though, so we refer to the four month point as a practical matter. Noticing Results after CoolSculpting

Although some patients see results after 3-4 weeks, most start seeing the results at 2 months after the treatment and even sometimes takes up to 4-5 months after the treatment.
Be patient to see how your body responds and hopefully you will be happy with the results.. Remember that some patients need more than one treatment in an area to see the results they want.

1 month is not a lot of time
The results on average take about 3 months and you may not see full results until later. since you are relatively thin to start with you probably have less fat to lose, and therefore will not see as dramatic results as early.

Coolsculpting results take time - about 2-4 months
Coolsculpting is a slow process that takes 2-4 months to get results. Most patients will start to see results by 2 months, but you won't know the full result for 4 months. This assumes that your weight is stable (as yours is).

Don't worry. Although some patients see results in as early as three weeks most patients will see the most dramatic results between the 2nd to 4th month after treatment. Early results are not predictive of the degree of benefit one will eventually see. Keep your spirits up.

Don't worry if you haven't noticed results yet. Some people do notice results quickly (within the first few weeks) but others can take a number of months (2-4, but some even 4-6). Quick results are not indicative of better results overall, they're just quicker.
