Hello and thank you for the question.
In the United States, Aquamid is currently not an FDA approved injectable filler. It is a permanent, reversible soft-tissue filler, with the active ingredient being cross-linked polyacrylamide. Injection, if done so, into the lips, would likely produce long-standing ( 4 years or greater) results.
