How Long After Zoom Procedure Can I Not Drink Dark Liquids?

The first two weeks following whitening are very important, the first two days are crucial. We recommend our patients not eat or drink anything that would stain their white shirt. Stay away from soda, juice, red wine, coffee, ketchup, soy sauce, etc… However, nobody is perfect. If you happen to eat or drink something that may stain your teeth, try to brush afterwards as soon as possible. Good Luck!
