Usually we do these two procedures together. However, if you're doing them separately leave about three weeks between the two. But you're probably a lot better off doing them together.

You can get both surgeries performed at the same time. I often perform multiple cosmetic surgeries on the same patient. Your surgeon can best determine on wether to stage the procedures versus performing them the same day. In general, I like to wait at least 2 weeks if a staged procedure is required.

In most cases, breast augmentation and any form of liposuction or liposculpture is done during the same operation. This is most efficient from a recovery and cost standpoint. But that is not the basis for your question since you have had had the liposculpture already done. Its my preference to usually have the liposuction done first, because liposuction is an easier recovery in most cases. I would recommend doing the two procedures at the same time. By combining the two surgeries, you will save on costs at the surgical facility and the recovery is essentially the same. If you choose to separate them, it should be fine to have your breast surgery within a few weeks, once you feel that your energy level has returned.
