How Long After Fraxel Re:Store Dual 1927nm Can I Use 2.5% Benzoyl Peroxide?

I had Fraxel Dual 1927nm wavelength five days ago and I'm eager to resume my topical acne regimen but considering the current condition of my skin, I'm hesitant. My skin is still in rough shape with peeling and redness and some strange brown discoloration that has appeared out of the blue. I want to treat the many red pimples that have appeared but I'm worried about irritation or interrupting the healing process. Will my skin still heal properly with benzoyl peroxide applied?
