How Long After Aldara Can I Have IPL or a Laser for Rosacea?

I used aldara for sundamage. I have been wanting an IPL or laser treatment for my rosacea, and now seems like the perfect time since my face is more red than ever because of aldara. How long after stopping the aldara treatment is it safe to have the procedure? Also, do I have to stop taking doxycycline to have IPL or pulsed dye laser? Thank you.
