i had a TCA peel 30% a month a go my face is horrible, red scars dark big spots and still peeling, and it feels very tigh. I am 34 years old, there is any treatment to fix this horrible mistake? thanks I will post a picture as soon as I can. please help

Burn from a chemical peel; what to do
I am sorry to hear this. The most important thing is to make sure you are seeing your physician regularly. Often times these types of healing problems can be controlled with constant monitoring, massage, and even topical steroids. If you work hard during the healing process, any ontoward effects can be minimzed.

Very unusual
30% TCA is a mid level chemical peel. Scarring is rare, but can occur if there is any post-peel crusting, picking, or any delayed healing from Accutane use. Please see a board certified dermatologist or plastic surgeon ASAP to address this problem and prevent or at least mitigate the problem.

Scars can happen with all chemical peels.
Once healed use silicone gel sheeting. it takes about one year to settle. after that Fractional CO2 laser may improve on the scars.
