Hello. I think I have tubular breasts and I feel really insecure about them so I never leave the house without a bra, neither take it off during sexual intercourse. They do get round (with erect nipples) when I'm cold, but otherwise no. It's ruining my life and I'm only 22 years old. There were like this since I remember. Hello and thank you for you question. Your breasts do not appear constricted (tubular). They are attractive and proportionate to your body. Should you wish to change their size, a silicone implant in subglandular position will be the way to go. Best of luck.
