I feel that the tip of my nose is over projected with what seems like an elongated pinched tip. My surgeon has told me that this is not the final result, but as far as I can see this is not going to change greatly, as the majority of the swelling has gone down. I was told by my surgeon that I have relatively thick skin and that he inserted a columellar strut which was used to support my tip.
