I'm 14 years old and I'm Asian. I understand Asians have pretty flat noses. I was wondering if our nose bridges grow taller or if it stays the same.
Answer: The Nasal Bridge Will Not Increase In Height Once You Have Stopped Growing The answer to your question is that once your bones have stopped growing, it is unlikely that the height of your nasal dorsum will change. Most females have already achieved their full height by age 14 or 15, although a minority, who are late to start menstruating, may continue to grow for another year or two after that. Thankfully, we now have a range of surgical techniques at our disposal to not only raise the nasal dorsum, but also to elevate and/or rotate the nasal tip, and even to increase the overall length of the nose. Of course a patient must not only be physiologically and anatomically mature, but also psychologically mature to be ready for rhinoplasty surgery.

Answer: Changes of the nasal appearance with growth Your nose may change in appearance if you have not yet reached your full height. However, if you have already had your major growth spurt than it is unlikely to change significantly moving forward.

Answer: Facial growth Generally facial growth coincides with puberty and general skeletal growth. When your growth is complete, your facial growth will also be complete. Age 16-18 for females, and 18-20 for males.

Answer: Nasal bridge growth Hi there and thanks for your question. Generally you will continue to grow through your late teens to early 20's. Facial bone growth however is limited and the height of your bridge does not change significantly from puberty into adulthood. Hope this helps.
