Male & thick spikey hard hair. Had Nd:YAG 1 week ago on whole neck, have red ugly circles on treated and non treated area(Photo)

First treatment after 1 week big red circles all over neck look ugly, use sun protection regularly, feel itchy all over since couple days but don't itch. Have red patch circles on left ear lobe where I never had treatment and left upper face above eye brow on hair line. Hard bump Inside skin near between ear and beard line which hurts. Went GP they didn't help said it could be scabies but very unlikely. also drinking green tea for 1 week. Reaction because of laser? How to prevent red circles?
