I've recently started using airol retin a 0.5. I've read nothing but great things about th tretinoin cream to the point I questioned if sounds too good to be true. After some research I read that after certain time of using retin a some individuals have found they felt depressed or had suicidal thoughts. It has really put me off using the cream. I was very shocked by these findings and was wondering if their is much truth in any of it?

Shea butter can be quite irritating after short or longterm use. I would suggest a ceramide moisturizer such as Elevase Moisture Booster to help strengthen your skin's natural moisture barrier function. Best, Dr. KaramanoukianLos Angeles
