14 days ago I had a neck lift. I now have a large lump under my chin which is very visable. The left side is slightly smaller and harder, but the right is much bigger and softer/quite squishy to touch. Do you think this is fluid which needs to be drained or tissue which will dissolve over time? When I press the right side it does slightly hurt afterwards in my neck/gland.
