I'm wondering what can be done for the large amount of fat on my "inner" cheeks, i.e. on each side of my nose. There is a lot of it and it creates very large naso-labial folds. Fillers helps a bit but there's too much fat for fillers to be truly effective and the indentations each side of my nose are very ugly. I would not risk lipo there and I doubt that any doctor would want to do that anyway. Are there any procedures left to consider? Thanks
