You need to schedule an appointment with Board Certified PS, be examined and a Surgeon will outline a treatment plan that is right for you based on your measurements.You also need to look at the before and after photos of that surgeon. There is no direct correlation between a cup size and implant size. Best to go by what looks and feels good. During your appointment you will go through a sizing process that will help you choose the right implants.

Answer: What size will I be? Thank you for your photo and questions. Cup size is unfortunately an imprecise measure because this varies among bra manufacturers. That being said, based on your frame and current size, you will likely have a significant increase in size and be around a D-DD cup with a ~400cc implant, and you will likely look 'busty' but not abnormally out of proportion. I must defer to the judgement of the surgeon who examined you, but placing a large implant on top of the muscle in someone with relatively small breasts increases the risk of implant palpability and rippling so I hope this was discussed with you.
