Query re recovery and swelling post septo-rhinoplasty?

I am thinking about a revision to rasp nasal callus, correct one asymmetric nostril (weir excision) and straighten my slightly deviated septum. How much swelling should I expect and for how long? Many thanks for your help.

The nose can be swollen for up to a year or more. Swelling will depend upon the nature of maneuvers employed, presence of grafts or implants, thickness of skin, open vs closed, revision vs primary, etc.

Expect a 2 week recovery after your revision rhinoplasty

Thank you for your question. From your question it sounds as though a significant amount of dissection will be done during your revision rhinoplasty. I would expect 2 weeks of swelling and bruising following your surgery and final swelling may take several months to resolve.
