Why Has The Position Of My Lips Changed After Numerous Rhinoplasty Procedures?

hi after numurous rhinoplasty procedures i have noticed that my lips position has completly changed compared to before i got any work done. why is this? when my lips are at rest i cant see my teeth anymore. and when i smile my top lip is slighty lowered. i am having a procedure to get a lip lift to expose more teeth but i would like to know if there is anything i need to know or the surgeon should know when doing this procedure as i would like a good result. and also. will this last forever?
