I Had my Lips Tattooed and Now They Feel Very Tight. When Does This Feeling Go Away?

I'm wondering if it's normal for my lips to still have a tight numbing feeling to them. They feel a little swollen even though I don't think they look swollen at all. It feels like I have tape stuck on my lips. They feel extremely tight & dry yet all the shed has fallen off. They have a bit of a pinchy feeling to them too. I think that if I was to smile normal I'd crack or rip the skin. The thing is too, is that my lips don't feel any different when I put stuff on them. Help!
