Lipotherme Touch-up?

I had Lipotherme on my back and "love handles" done two months ago. My back has improved significantly as far as tightening, however, the areas around my "love handles" are still loose. I'm starting to become discouraged at the whole process because I was expecting the handles to be completely flat so they wouldn't stick out anymore; or at least that's what my doctor told me before I had the procedure done. Should I demand a "touch up" after 4 months or just accept this as just the shape of my body? I can see the pockets of fat under the hip bones (on the upper buttocks area.) This is below where the doctor put in the laser and suction. It just doesn't look like he took all of the fat out. Please advise.
