Liposuction after C-Section
I would wait at least 3 months after a c-section to get liposuction. Scars mature with time and puckering and dimpling from around the scar can be liposuctioned well to improve the result but you should wait a little while to see how the scar settles down.

I need to know more information. If you have approached you ideal weight or within 10 pounds you certainly can consider it. Obviously, breast feeding will delay surgery due to anesthesia. I do recommend at least 6 months as there are many changes that occur as a result of pregnancy. You must also consider the status of the abdominal muscles. Are you planning on having more children, do you have a lot of extra skin? All of these areas must be evaluated.

Wait until stability
Assumming you mean the belly area I would suggest you wait 6-12 months or when you reach a stable situation. There are many changes that occur with childbirth and with C-section. You need to know what things look like and what you really need and want at that time. You may find you do not need anything or maybe need a tummy tuck instead.
