Best lipo depends on the surgeon not the technology
Liposuction of the calves requires particular expertise and many doctors doing liposuction don't have much experience with that area. The benefits of the various technologies such as Smart Lipo and other laser-assisted methods, and VASER ultrasound, are debated but far and away the more important consideration is choosing the right plastic surgeon.
