I am in the Maryland/DC Metro area and am searching for a board-certified and experienced plastic surgeon for a Liposuction or Smart Lipo procedure. Any recommendations?

Board Certified Surgeon using SmartLipo in Maryland

Eric Chang is a good surgeon who trained under me at Stanford.  He is using the SmartLipo device, and I feel comfortable recommending him.  See his website link below:
