I have already had liposuction done to my upper and lower tummy but need to have an area lower down which is very fatty and unsightly in comparison. This area, as shown in the photos attached is very soft, almost watery in texture.It spoils my shape in jeans. Is this possible?

Photo: candidate for lipo?

Judging from you photo and the apparent skin laxity if is my impression you would get a better result with a dermolipectomy procedure.

Liposuction vs excision

Just from the one isolated photo, it looks like that you might be better off with an excision of the loose skin and fat.
