Liposuction is the only way to get rid of fatty legs
Diet and exercise helps, but most times liposuction is the only way to get rid of fatty legs. The tumescent technique with micro canulas give the best results and is an amazing procedure with quick recovery. Legs can be sculpted and can be that big boost to a new you with more self confidence.

Liposuction is still the best way to remove fat from anywhere on the body. There has been improvement in the non-surgical reduction of fat using technology like VelaShape, Thermage, and Reaction. These Radiofrequency devices can reduce the appearance of cellulite and reduce the circumference of the legs, but are not as effective as liposuction and is not permanent. I will caution you to avoid mesotherapy injections because the "science" has not been fully worked out on this....
