I had a tummy tuck 2 years ago, after my second child, and it was the best decision of my life! no doubt about it! my results were phenominal! i had a movie star stomach, and couldnt have been happier. However that was 2 years ago I still maintain an impressively flat stomach but whatever weight i gained all goes to my back, and that i dont tend to gain anything in the stomach area anymore.

i'm feeling unporpotioned, i have a tight small stomach and legs and a fat back. would liposuction in back achieve an overall porportioned look?
