I am a healthy weight of about 115lbs and I am about 5"4. I am pretty slender in all except on area, my stomach. Despite constant extensive work out programs and diet, my stomach fat persists. I am mentally and physically developed/mature and I believe I would benefit from having this done. Thanks in advance for your answers. I live in Florida if that matters,
