Lipomas Treatment On My Forehands and Thighs?

I am 23 years old and have multiple lipomas over my forehands and thighs . I got one large lump surgically removed and I am worried about treating the smaller remaining ones . Please advice , how could i treat them ? 1) Diet advices ? 2) Any usage of products like castor oil/ turmeric helps in curing these lipomas ?

Lipomas

Unfortunately, the only way to remove lipomas is with surgery. There is no diet or medication that can help in eliminating them.
