Is This Lipoma?

I have got many small balls on my all over body, specially on my hand and waist. These things are growing in numbers as well as size. Near my waist, these things are getting accumulated. How do I confirm that these are Lipomas?? I don't get any pain because of these.

Possible lipomas

You really would need to see a physician to confirm if the small masses you have are lipomas or something else. There is not a way that you could confirm this on your own.
