Can a Lipoma Be Responsible for Very Bad Sinus/neuralgia Discomfort?

There has been pressure/pain on the right side of my face for almost 20 years. An MRI showed a lipoma under the right cheekbone. No doctor I've spoken with thinks the lipoma is involved, but they're not able to help me. This is an incredibly distracting problem. The pain is usually a 5 out of 10, but the distraction level is 9 or 10/10 all day long. Can the lipoma be more involved than the ENT and other docs think?

Lipoma

If the ENT specialist has ruled out any other cause such as sinus problems, teeth problems. Then seeing a neurologist to evaluate the pain, rule out NEURALGIA.. Then see a BOARD CERTIFIED PLASTIC SURGEON (AMERICAN BOARD OF PLASTIC SURGERY) and see if the lipoma can be removed safely. Then you want to consider the potential side effects continued pain injury to nerves in the area Depression where the lipoma was removed Then you can decide on the surgery or not more
