Lipoma in arm pit
This could represent a lipoma, or it could be an enlarged lymph node, or something else entirely. It does not seem unreasonable to me to recommend removal. The fact that it was not seen on CT scan is not too remarkable. I would check with your doctor to find a doctor who will remove it for you.
