The lump on your foot may be a bursa or a lipoma. I would have this examined first to determine the likelihood of lipomas

For pain, I would see an orthopedist

Hello, Plastic surgeons are not good for everything. Can you believe I said that? If you have pain in your foot I would refer you to a good orthopedist. It is not about how it looks, but what might be the cause of the pain.
