Weight Gain from Lipodissolve Solution?

I got Lipodissolve on my tummy about 8 months back, with 2 sessions. Worked great for 3-4 months, but I gained 10-12 pounds.

I eat healthy and I am a very active person, I exercise almost daily, and train for half marathon. I don't how this happened. I exercise like crazy but nothing is happening. What can I do to lose the weight? Can I get rid of the Lipodissolve solution?
