Would Lipodissolve Work for Me?

Hi I am 5'8" and 177 lbs with a fat around my belly and hips and love handle area and was wondering if the Lipodissolve would be a procedure that would work for me.

I have been exercising daily and dieting and have lost my weight from my head down until you hit my hip area, then I look like a pear and it is just silly. Would like to know I'm not throwing my money away if I decide to do this procedure.
