Lipodissolve Prior to Getting Pregnant?

I am 24 and my body looks like I have already had a child when I haven't. I have "left over" pockets of fat in my thighs, hips and tummy from being heavier and losing it quickly. I think that if I lose this prior to becoming pregnant it would be less fat in my body during pregnancy which is a good thing, right? I would also like to not have any more streach marks and feel this would provide more room for "baby weight". I understand it is not "FDA APPROVED", I just want some opinions.. THANKS!
