Treatments for Bruising and Lumps from LipoDissolve?

I've had several IPLs on my thighs due to bruising from LipoDissolve. My last LD tx was two years ago and I still have it even with the IPL--it's worse with cold and heat. My doctor has no other ideas for it and has asked me to gather input from other physicians and their experiences. Has anyone dealt with long term bruising? Do you have any tx suggestions?
