If you have had difficulties with your refund process, call the toll free number and talk to Tonya. I don't have her last name, but mention it's with regards to a refund and I'm sure they will get you to the right person. Also, don't let them bully you. If you are due a refund, fight it. Contact the Better Business Bureau - that's what they are there for. Contact whoever you need to, just make sure you get your guaranteed refund. I'm hoping that someday soon somebody will file a class action lawsuit against this company - especially considering what I will tell you all regarding my refund consultation. I was 5 treatments into the program, I did see minimal success but also was in a lot of pain after first receiving my injections. I called the later part of Dec (my previous visit was 12/3/7)to schedule my Jan 08 appt and received the infamous recording. I have paid $2050 of the $4000 cost. It has been suggested that I withold paying the remaining amount to GE Credit. I am somewhat nervous about my credit (which is very good)if I refuse to pay, but why throw good money away after bad? I have sent a letter to GE Credit but do not expect to receive any positive response.Good Luck to us all!

I am experiencing the exact samething. The FIG counselor gave me a case number and told me who was handling my case and said everything would be taken care of in 45-60 days and it's damn near 100 days nows and they've filed BKR, this is awful, something needs to be done. Well I may be screwed on this refund. I live in Nashville,TN and started my treatments in Atlanta, then went to Louisville for one treatment, then they closed. My problem is with Care Credit. When we applied with Fig they left out telling us that with Care Credit, if we had a dipute that it would have to be atleast 100 miles from where we got the treatments... they forgot to tell us that. So looks like my claim will fall on deaf ears. I will still go thru the procedure of making the claim. Maybe by some goodluck something good will come out of this. I had good results. But after reading some of the comments I too wondering if my 5extra lbs. I put on is due to the treatments or just too many X-mas cookies? Time will tell I guess. Would still like to finish my treatments. Maybe they will come out of this? NOT!!! If anyone has any insite on my delima, please send a comment my way!

I too am out on money, BUT maybe more so than others. It sounds like a lot of people have finaced threw care credit GE money bank an well i paid CASH! So i am out a lot. I put in for a refund in July they approved it an sent me my approval letter, but not for the full $4000 only $2800! WHAT!? Why? They said because i lost 1 inch, 1 inch! I started to fight it and go for my full refund. I talked to the local Gm in my centers office made several phones calls and emails to corprate some guy named Curtis Natalie. He was no help. Now the doors are closed an i dont know what to do, i just want all my money back. I think as victims we all need to stand together to fight this. We deserve to have this solved.

I am out my 4000. I moved to Nebraska from Overland Park. I ahve been paying Care Credit. During the same time I ahve beena attempting to get a refund. Got a run around. I ahve paid all but $135. there will not be any funds to pay us but some one shoudl spend some time in our penal system. If anyone hears of a class action suit or legal action please let me know. I would like to be apart of this.

I too have been hurt really bad by the Advanced LipoDissolve company. I first signed up for treatments around 12/31/2005. I had no idea what I was in for starting that evening! I was told that the injections would definitely work for me and that even though I wanted to lose 50 pounds or more, I did not have to make drastic changes to my diet. When I started the treatments, I was already watching what I was eating and exercising 5 or 6 times a week. Even though I was doing everything I could do, I still wasn't seeing the kind of results promised. Also, I was being debited monthly for the injections that were terribly painful in every way. I experienced extreme swelling, redness and bruising that lasted for all of 2 days each time. I began to complain to the medical staff after about 8 weeks, but allowed them to talk me into continuing the injections. When I became really frustrated after 12 weeks or so and demanded a refund of what I'd paid, I received a call from intaker personnel telling me they'd give me another six injections without charge. I told them I no longer wanted ANY injections because they were too painful and I wasn't seeing the results I wanted. I reiterated the fact that I wanted the refund promised when I first signed up. That was back in late 2006 and I still haven't heard anything else from them. I never saw a refund of any kind and I'm really upset about it. I too am looking to have my name added to the list of others in the lawsuit filed in St. Louis. So far, I haven't been able to get much information on it. If any of you know how to go about being added to the lawsuit, will you please e-mail me a.s.a.p.? Thanks for listening.

I regret the day that I ever heard the name Advance Lipo Dissolve. I was lied to from the beginning. I heard about the company and decided to go in for a consultation to see what this was all about. I was particularly wanting to reduce the excess fat under my lower eye lids. I was told that they weren't doing this too much any more and begin to walk out the door but stopped before I got to the door and was told that there was a doctor in St. Louis that comes to KC to perform the procedure with great results. i preceded to go back to my seat and I then asked if my husband could come in. We preceded to watch the videa asking questions along the way. We were told that the treatment consisted of 6 sets of injections to certain areas of the body with no downtime. We were told that it was less expensive to do 2 areas of the body which was a total of 4,000.00. I knew that we didn;t have that kind of money. We were told that told that we would need to put a certain amount of money down to perform the precedure or if we qualified for financing, that it would be financing at 0 % for the the 1st year. My husband felt that after watching the presentation that he didn't really believe that it would really work, but he knew that I wanted to try iut so he didn't say anything. We filled out the application and of course was approve, what a coinsidence. I was then asked if I wanted to get my firsdt treatment that same day. I said that I would schedule an appointment. I scheduled the appointment and went in for my 1st treatment. I was called into the room to receive treatment, I asked if the doctor was here from St. Louis to treat my eyes, I was told that he would no be here for a couple of weeks and then was asked if I wanted to start with upper abs. I had chosen to do my eyes and upper abs sice this was suppose to be such a great deal. I went ahead and recv'd the 1st treatment on my abdomen. I was scheduled for another treatment, I asked again when the doctor was coming for my eyes, was told again that he will be here soon. I preceded to get the second treatment, I was scheduled for a 3rd treatment, as the nurse again when the physician would be coming for my eye treatment. The nurse told me that the doctor was no longer during the eyes due the down time and swelling of the patients. I was very upset because had I not been told this from the beginning, I wouldn't be getting any treatments. By this time I had already recv'd 2 treatments and signed a contract. I asked to speak to the finance manager to take the charge off of my account. I was then asked if I wanted to receive treatment in another area, I said no. I went ahead and continued the treat for my abs. I recv'd my 3rd trement and then a 4th treatment. I started to complain about the results. also my BP went up since the first treatment. Before I recv'd my 1st treatment, my BP was normal, then it started to go up. I mentioned this over and over and was told that this might be due to the fact that I was nervous. I asked to speak to the Directoe, she came in and I voiced my concerns and wanted a refund. I was told that per my contract that I would have to get all 6 treatment and that a refund would be considered after I return in 8 weeks because the treatment doesn't work for everyone. I returned after 8 weeks, was told to put on some panties and was taken into a room to be measured and pictures taken. The nurse taking the pictures told me that she could see a change from my initial pictures and the pictures takiing after completed treatment. I asked to see someone in charge again, I was told that it would be difficult to get my money back but I would definitely need 6 more sets of treatment. About a week later, I recv'd a call from Kathy(General Manager) she said that she would check into the situation and call me back. I didn;t hear any back after a couple of weeks and called back. I then recv'd a voicemail from Heather stating that she calling to answer any questions regarding my refund. I called her back and the voice said that the office was closed. I still have her on my voicemail. I watch the news a few nights later showing crying in from of Advance Lipo Dissolve OP location statiting that her last check bounced, this was right before X-mas. This is really a sad sitiation for al of us customers and the employees. Then they want to cop out with bankrupsy.
