IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING LIPODISSOLVE, PLEASE DO NOT DO IT. Work with your doctor to find a way that is medically safe to lose weight. After reading the rest of my blog, you will understand why. If you have had difficulties with your refund process, call the toll free number and talk to Tonya. I don't have her last name, but mention it's with regards to a refund and I'm sure they will get you to the right person. Also, don't let them bully you. If you are due a refund, fight it. Contact the Better Business Bureau - that's what they are there for. Contact whoever you need to, just make sure you get your guaranteed refund. I'm hoping that someday soon somebody will file a class action lawsuit against this company - especially considering what I will tell you all regarding my refund consultation. I previously posted under "Lipodissolve (fig.) must be stopped".

I have been going to the Southlake, TX office since August. The staff is AMAZING! I have never felt pressure and have MANY friends now going (well until last Friday). When I went in for my consulation they were not pushy and asked me what my goals where and then made a plan specifically on what I was looking for! After having two c-sections I can tell you my lower abs were not something to smile about. I have had 6 sets of injections and yes there was swelling, and some bruising which they tell you about in the pre and post treatment forms they send you home with~, but I have seem amazing results~. Before I went to fig I had aready lost 56 pounds on my own and I hit a "block." I had looked into all kinds of things and this looked to be the most non-invasive, so I went. Since august I have lost an additional 25 pounds and dropped two pant sizes! I am extremely satisfied with this and their product! I had done everything to try and get to where I am. I can say now my stomach is almost flat! I can honestly say it is because of fig I lost the rest! And for those of you thinking I am an employee I am not. I am actually a music teacher and have been for 6 years. I have just read through so many negative things and wanted to post something positive. So if you would like more information from me please feel free to e-mail me! :)

Lipodissolve is a fraud. It doesnt work at all. I just learned that the center I went to has just closed down and is considering filing bankruptcy. I wish I had not wasted $2400 of my money!

I underwent Lipo treatments in Chesterfield, MO. I also did not see any results. They even tried to fake a before photo that was suppose to be me! I looked and looked, thinking I couldn't possibly have looked that bad. Then I realized the shirt was green. I don't wear green. I don't even own anything green. What a sham. They promise doctor supervision. Never saw a doctor. They promised fast results. No results. I quit before finishing the treatments. I feel like a fool. My daddy always told me, "If it seems to good to be true, it is!" I would love to get my money back, but I realize that's a fantasy. I'm sorry so many lost jobs due to their closure, but I'm sure there is someone somewhere rich after all the lies and falsehoods spewed by their employees. They gave a money back guarantee, well where's my money! Vicki M.

Back in September 2007, I was approved for a refund of the $6,000 I gave them..... from that point on, they would not return my calls for weeks (actually months), and now they want to go bankrupt.... gosh, let's all start a business, take everyones money, and file bankruptcy so we don't have to give it back. Someone out there is sitting pretty on our money.... must be nice.

I must say in reading all these blogs I was both amazed and amused by the comments here. I thoroughly loved the response by John on Dec 7, thanks for keeping it real and making me laugh. A much needed laugh considering all the tears. I am a former employee and would like to hit a few highlights here after reading all of this. First of all Vicki your Dec 12 post is really unbelieveable. I can assure you as an employee for over a year we did not fake any photos. It is quite possible that your pics were mixed up with someone elses or placed in the wrong file. After all we are all human and unfortunately not perfect. As far as DOCTOR supervision, I'm afraid you've quoted it wrong.....medically supervised would be the correct term. However, it WAS not only medically supervised (because we have REAL NURSES, NURSE PRACTITIONER'S, and DR.'s)Our Dr's however, did not inject they were medical directors with whom we consulted if necessary and referred pt's to for f/u if unhappy with results. Our medical director saw pt.'s twice weekly on Mon and Fri for such f/u. As far as no results for all those who posted negativity regarding this. You can't expect results if you don't finish treatment. For anyone who had unrealistic expectations this stuff was not a magic wand it was a process. If you did not understand that I am sorry because the procedure is clearly explained and reiterated at each visit in most cases. As an employee I can assure you the hardest part of our job as your cheerleaders was making you understand the process coming in. Those of you who complain of such severe pain, that is something that's individual. Majority of our patients handle it quite well. Every single employee has had numerous injections and yes it is uncomfortable but it was not excruciating, but again that is very individual and based on your tolerance. Lumps, is a very normal side effect which is not only talked about at the consult but also explained to you by the nurse and the NP. These lumps will dissolve with time. Those of you who still experience this can use moist heat such as a hot bath or spa or hot towels(just protect you skin) and massage. The moist heat will soften the lumps and the massage helps break them up. I recommend about 10 minutes per day with a handheld massager until they dissolve. This can take several days, weeks or months, all which can be normal based on your metabolism. Not only was this information discussed but it is also written and given to you as pre and post instructions. I really appreciate the positive support from those of you with positive experiences, and I resent the negative from those of you who choose not to follow instruction or finish treatment and expect results and money back because you didn't like the procedure. You have to remember we did not come out on the street and ask you to come in and give us your money. You must also remember as employees we were there to help you succeed and reach your goals, not take your money. We were just that employees, not owners. We got paid the same whether you were there or not. The people who claimed bankruptcy are the ones who got your money not us. Please remember when you are bashing employees of the corporation you are forgetting that 400 plus people lost there jobs with absolutely no warning and 3 wks before christmas. I will tell you that FIG employeed many single mothers and I am one of them. I am the only income so my children will not be having a Christmas, can you say the same? I am literally sick to my stomach when I think of the money that our patients lost because of this and I think Rob Seman needs to be stopped from ever doing this again, because he has done this with 2 other companies and we were unaware until recently. But please don't blame the employees, blame the owners. This companies ethic and morals SUCK to say the least. I will check this site from time to time and be happy to give answers to medical questions if it will help. I'm sorry for all of you who lost money but remember the employees did too!! We will not even be getting our last paychecks, so we just worked the last week or so for free. FYI I have absolutely no loyalty to this company anymore but I will say I saw some amazing results and some not so amazing results. The product does work just not for everyone. You have to complete the treatments though (a minimum of 9) before you can determine if it's working for you. Many, many people did 6 without result but after completing 9 felt much differently. There truelly are only about 4-5% who didn't see results. As employees we did believe in the product or we would not have sold it to you or injected it into each other or our families. I hope all of you get justice and refunds where appropriate. I wish everyone a safe and happy holiday, and for all my former colleagues I will keep you in my prayers that God will provide for you a better opportunity.

hmm read allthe comments. still on the fence. so far i learned that the one treatment i got was all im gonna get. the bbb isnt gonna help me, but i new that. the attorney general could be too busy or possibly unhelpful. the dallas office where i went is closed. there is no one to contact. care credit or whatever name is on the plastic card i have might give refunds and i should pray for a miracle. no one is inthused about a class action suit since u need hundreds of participants. well it looks like im either screwed out of credit for 2500 and cash of 1900 or at some time a refund will happen, with hope a rain dance and a beat down. yep i kept thinking, if it looks to good to be true it usually is. but i will admit i did cleans a lot of waste just from that one injection. wich i could continue, lol except for this damned itching will not go away. nonetheless, anyone in dallas with info, or avenues to a refund please contact me. god bless and good luck to us all!!

I believe that GE Credit should be who this class action suit is on.. They check you before they give - a you loan. They call it a Medical Credit Card , but apparently they con't check on what they are finaace for the consumer. I know that i felt confident since it said GE credit . this is not a company that can be trusted, I know that they should have been looking after the consumers. How much are they coing to make off this.. I bet they finance , up to the closing of the doors... I feel we need a class actin against them.

has anyone been contacted by fig regarding a refund as it states on their website?
