Of course you may ask. I've certainly not made it a secret and I want to make people aware of my situation so that no one else makes the same mistake. I am 33 yrs old and have two children. Prior to my Fig. experience, I was a size 4-6 (depending on the brand of jeans/pants) and weighed 122 (according to Fig.'s scales at my initial consultation - this is on my file that I asked for a copy for). I am 5'4, so 122 is a very good weight for me. I eat healthy some of the time, but I do like my junk food. I don't "pig out", however. I am a fencer, so I have to be in good shape. I fence one time a week, and I generally do cardio 2-3 times a week outside of fencing. I had gained 50 lbs 9 yrs ago after a major surgery, stopping smoking, and almost a month of bedrest. 7 yrs ago, I lost the weight, and until Fig. I had not gained a single pound of it back. Due to my size and what my goals were, Fig. should have been the solution for me...isn't that what they advertise? I went to Fig. to take care of the small areas and pockets of fat that excersise just wasn't getting rid of. According to my file compiled by Fig., I gained 7 lbs during the course of my five treatments before my allergic reaction (caused by Fig. doubling the medication they injected in patients because, per the KC Clinical Director, they weren't getting the results in patients that they were in Europe). During this time, my pants did not fit right, but I refused to buy new pants so I had to shelve a lot of them and pull out a couple of old pairs in my bottom drawer. I had to buy some larger shirts to help cover the weight. Since my Fig. experience, I went on a crash diet intaking only 800 calories per day for 2 weeks straight. I lost the 7 lbs Fig. put on me and am back to regular eating and still have not gained any weight back. Fig. is solely responsible for the 7 lbs that I gained. I plan on doing this one more time to hopefully help get rid of those areas I wanted to get rid of to begin with.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! MY STOMACH LOOKS WORSE NOW THAN EVERY. IF YOU HAVE STRETCHMARKS -- RUN LIKE HELL. MY STRETCHMARKS HAVE NOT BEEN THIS BAD IN 15 YEARS. THEY WERE BARELY NOTICABLE UNTIL I HAD THAT DONE. ITS A MAJOR RIP OFF. THEY DO NOT TELL YOU WHAT IT WILL DO TO YOUR SKIN. IT'S A BIG FAT LIE THAT IT WILL MAKE YOUR SKIN TIGHTER, IT'S QUITE THE OPPOSITE. I WISH I WOULD HAVE NEVER DONE IT, IF THERE IS EVER A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT FILED, I AM ON BOARD. I CAN NOT BELIEVE FIG (ADVANCED LIPO DISSOVLE) IS STILL IN BUSINESS. IT'S A SCAM. I WASTED 4,000.00.

Hello, I've had a consultation, and was going to have lipo dissolve tomorrow, however, thanks to everyones experiences, I have completely changed my mind. Thank you everyone who posted a comment, even the positive ones. My doctor did not even check the thickness of my skin, he just said I was a candidate and I would love the results. I'm in Louisville, Ky, and it was going to be 1600 per area, but I found out if they inject before getting pass the skin, it would cause nodules, and that it kills fat cells, and EVERYTHING it<--- (the mixture) touches, and could leave scar tissue. I asked him about scar tissue, and he said noooo, it shouldn't. Good luck to everyone that decides to do it. I think I'll have my kiddie pouch for a long time, does anyone know if sit ups will really help? God Bless all!!!

Hello - thought I'd write back for the third time. I have only had 2 injections of the Meso-therapy and I think I'm done with this. I spent $790.00 and that's enough for me. I probably lost an inch in my abdominal area, but that's it. I have a few painful lumps under the skin and I don't want anymore. I am 5'2 and about 130, but about 5 pounds of that is in my breasts. I really just wanted to lose 8 pounds or so and have my tummy tighter. It looks a little better, but I don't want to spend anymore money.

I am currently a provider at fig. I am a physician assistant and I have been with the company for a 1 1/2. I used to work at the Chesterfield clinic, but now I am currently at their Lipotherapy Research Institute. We are constantly researching new products and ways to improve lipodissolve. The company changed their name from Advanced Lipodissolve Center to fig. Fig. stands for the abbreviation of figure. The name change was a re-branding effort to make sure that our brand portrayed the evolution of our company. We are a medically supervised body shaping company that will be incorporating various technologies and nutrition programs to support our patients.

Our company's new name is now fig., which is the abbreviated form of figure. We were previously known as Advanced Lipodissolve Center. We were never named Lipodissolve Centers of America. Our Lipodissolve formula is standardized throughout all of our centers. The formula is more standardized then what is used for mesotherapy, but each clinic or center uses their own compounding formula. We have expanded our weight loss and nutrition center. We are also constantly researching and expanding our use of lipodissolve along with other body shaping technologies.

Above I read about the swelling that continues for a couple months. I understand about the intense swelling that follows the first few days after a treatment, but I think that it is true that you stay slightly swollen for a few weeks. Has this happened to anyone and was the scale up a few pounds until the swelling went down weeks later?
