Lipodissolve on Cheeks - Can't Smile Now

Dear doctors, as I wrote previously, I was injected with something that made my face unresponsive (in particular I can't smile). Now, I've gotten in touch and it appears that the substance was lipodissolve (clear fat albumen).

It's been three weeks now, and I still cannot smile. Could you suggest what steps I should take to speed up the recovery? Is it OK to massage the affected area? Do hot compressions? What about diet (e.g. alcohol)? Thank you!
